Hi! We are Noelia and David and we live in San Antonio, Texas. Here is where our house remodeling adventure started although, thinking it through, that statement is not quite true. I have been an interior designer and decorator for 18 years and my husband David worked as a financial advisor in Madrid since the age of 20.
Our Story
As a matter of fact, in Madrid we did remodel some houses. We completed several renovation projects in our own houses. When we bought our second house, it was a total wreck, which is not very common in Madrid. But after a 3-month nerve-wracking remodeling project, we were hooked and wanted more.
Let me tell you more about ourselves. We are originally from Spain and, before moving to San Antonio, we also lived in Mexico for a few years. In case you are wondering… yes, we are very adventurous! We ran an interior design business and two home decor stores while in Mexico and that’s when we decided we did not want to miss the opportunity to remodel old houses.
After arriving in San Antonio and starting our house flipping business, we couldn’t imagine how far it would take us. We have done a lot of things that we never in a million years even began to imagine we would do. In about 5 years, we have remodeled a total of 21 houses, both for our own business and for investors. That means that 21 families in San Antonio are now enjoying a Unik Home!
